Masc Inspect didn't start as a product to sell — it started as a fix for one business drowning in paperwork. Built through real field use, it's now a digital inspection app for any site-based industry.
The problem
Before Masc Inspect existed, inspectors scored every site on a printed form, then manually rebuilt that inspection into a report back at the office — retyping scores, matching photos to the right finding by hand, and writing up corrective actions in a separate document. Every inspection meant double handling: paper in the field, then a rebuild on a laptop before a client ever saw it.
The build
Working directly with real inspectors doing real inspections, Masc Inspect was built to remove the double handling entirely:
Where it is now
Refined through real field use rather than built to a brief, Masc Inspect is now a subscription product available Australia-wide, Starter through Enterprise plans. Its positioning has grown with it — what started as a cleaning-specific tool now flexes to tenancy, property, construction and real estate inspections, anywhere someone needs to score a site and prove it with photos.
