The problem

Reordering supplies meant guessing, texting, and getting it wrong

Across a multi-site cleaning operation, cleaners needed to reorder consumables and chemicals regularly — but rarely knew the exact product name or supplier code for what they were holding. Orders came through as phone calls and text messages, got misread or misremembered, and landed on the wrong desk. Wrong products got delivered, sites ran short on essentials, and the office spent as much time chasing down what was actually needed as it did processing the order itself.

The build

One QR code per site — no app, no login

Masc Orders replaces all of that with a single QR code posted at each site:

• Scanning the code opens exactly the products that site is approved to order — nothing to search for, nothing to type
• No app install and no login — any cleaner with a phone can place an order in seconds
• Every order routes straight to an admin dashboard for review, approval and fulfilment
• Full order history by site, searchable over any period
• Real-time notifications the moment a new order lands
